Q: Can I return my purchase?
A: 
We will accept returns on certain items. Please contact us within 5 days of the arrival of your item. The item must be returned in its original condition. After the return is agreed on, you have 10 days to place the package in the mail. After the package reaches us, we will assess the item for damage and refund based on the condition of the item. 
Shipping charges will not be refunded! 
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted on earrings. No exceptions. 

Q: Why is the shipping so high?
A: 
We're aware that shipping costs are already high, and they seem to continue to rise. We are doing everything we can to make sure that you are getting the best price for shipping.  
Please be aware that Shopify adds together shipping charges for each individual item in checkout. We will refund any shipping overages. 

Q: Where is my package?
A: 
We offer tracking information with every order.
If tracking information says that your package has been delivered, but is not at your house, then you need to contact the post office and/or police in your location.
We are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been delivered.

Q: Customs and VAT Charges

"The Craft Crustaceans" is not responsible for any customs or VAT charges that may be included in any purchases. Please take these charges into consideration prior to purchasing!

Q: Need an order in a hurry?
A: If you need an order by a specific date, please be aware of our shipping and processing times. 
Our handmade items are normally ready-to-ship and can normally be shipped next day, but please place your order within a reasonable time. We have a variety of printed items, which is done through a printing partner and these items take at least 7 business days to process and ship. 

Q: Can I place a custom order?
A: 
At this point in time, we can offer limited custom requests. Please feel free to send us a message through our Contact Us page and we'll see what we can do!

Q: Can you do a personalized item?
A: As of right now, we are unable to offer personalized orders. We are working on being able to offer this soon, though. Please be patient with us as we strive to bring this option to you!

Q: Why is my item in an Amazon, Chewy, etc. box? 
A: 
Simply put, we recycle and reuse shipping boxes that we've received.  We are not affiliated with Amazon or any other big box store.
